Building a home with Baxter is only the beginning of the journey. We stay with you to ensure that you settle in and continue to enjoy living your dream. We take pride in every home we build. We take time to listen to our clients needs and create homes that are uniquely suited to their lifestyle.

Here is what some of our clients had to say about their
experience with us:

Brian and Cathy had owned their land for a number of years with the intent of eventually building their retirement home. The brief for Baxter was to knockdown, design and build a ‘Hamptons Style’ custom duplex that would maximise the allowable floor space area. Unit 1 was to provide a home for Brian and Cathy large enough to comfortably accommodate their family when they visited and Unit 2 was designed to appeal to the market and maximise their return on sale.

Tell us about yourself and why were you looking to build a home?

We were empty nesters based in Sydney and loved the Central Coast lifestyle. We wanted to build a house that we could use as a weekender and retire to in a few years time. We also wanted a home large enough for our children and grandchildren to use when they wanted.

What made you choose Baxter? Was there a deciding factor or something that made Baxter stand out from the rest?
We were referred to Baxter by a relative who had passed on very positive feedback about the company. Following our initial meeting we were very impressed. We liked the fact that their operation wasn’t too big and that we wouldn’t be just another job in a long production line. We liked the personal service that Baxter provided.
What do you love most about your home?
The quality of the build is definitely what we love most.
What was your favourite part of the experience working with the Baxter team?
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of building our home. When any issue was raised the response was immediate which was very impressive. We also appreciated the teams input and suggestions during the build ensuring that the best outcome for us was always the most important consideration for Baxter.
Jim and Lynette were at a stage in life when it was time to establish assets that would provide a passive income in their retirement years following the sale of their company. They approached Baxter, after receiving a referral through a mutual friend, to tender on their own design to build 4 villas. Although the tender was not the cheapest the job was awarded to Baxter.
Tell us about yourself and why were you looking to build a home?
We were looking for a builder with a great track record and capable of building 4 villas as a long-term investment. It was essential that we engaged a builder with a reputation for quality.
What made you choose Baxter? Was there a deciding factor or something that made Baxter stand out from the rest?
It was important to us that we engaged a builder who was enthusiastic, prepared to work with us to incorporate our suggestions and ideas and someone with great communication skills. The team at Baxter fit the brief perfectly.
What do you love most about your property?
The standard of work was very high and the property has stood the test of time. As rental properties these villas have been a very successful investment for us and the building still presents extremely well.
What was your favourite part of the experience working with the Baxter team?
From the beginning of the journey our experience with Baxter was very positive. The detail and accuracy of the costing estimates was impressive as was the invoicing throughout the build. The project was completed within 2 weeks of the nominated completion date ensuring we had no delays or expensive holding costs.
Julianne owned an older style home on a deep water front block in Daleys Point that required a total refurbishment and rebuild to ensure it was code compliant and water tight on a sloping site. This project also included designing and installing an infinity edge swimming pool and a custom monorail inclinator from the boat shed up the embankment to the alfresco and pool level
Tell us about yourself and why were you looking to build a home?
I loved where we lived but our home needed major renovation and upgrading of its drainage problems as it was on a sloping block. Baxter and their choice of Engineering Contractor created a ‘dry as a bone’ home and one that has been truly enhanced by the additions
What made you choose Baxter? Was there a deciding factor or something that made Baxter stand out from the rest?
I chose Baxter because from the very beginning nothing was too much trouble for the team. I felt confident in Craig as he was the son of very good and reputable local builder who had retired and this proved to be a great choice.
What do you love most about your property?
I love every aspect of our home and that the design maximises the use of the natural elements. My favourite room is the sunroom as during winter it is an oasis of warmth as it bathes in the suns rays.
What was your favourite part of the experience working with the Baxter team?
My experience with the entire team was very enjoyable. They were a great bunch of men who got on well with everyone and it was a happy building site, which is not always the case. One of the things I remember most is that the team kept the site tidy and showed respect to the existing garden and lawn so they weren’t damaged during the build process. We built our home a number of years ago and I have watched the company grow and excel and I’m very proud to have been a small part of the Baxter journey
